Doo Duck Inn is a private, single-business tool used to prepare quarterly GST reports and order stock from suppliers by email. It is not a public product and is not offered to third parties.
This app accesses a Gmail account solely to read supplier order confirmation emails, for the purpose of generating GST reports and digests. Email content is read automatically and is not shared with any third party beyond the AI processing described below.
Scanned receipts, transaction records, and supplier order emails are processed to populate GST reports. An AI language model is used to extract and summarize information from receipt images and emails. Processed data is stored in a private database and is not sold, shared, or used for advertising.
Data is retained for as long as needed to produce GST reports and is not retained beyond the operational needs of the business.
